Lisa Noble, Founder

Lisa Noble

Throughout her career, Lisa has helped colleagues, clients and direct reports define and realize their professional ambitions, using tools she honed while navigating her own transitions!

Graduating from University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology and a Spanish minor, she was qualified for anything and nothing in particular and had no personal networks to give her guidance outside of academia. Nonetheless, her first job as a recruiter and trainer for Manpower Temporary Services led her to see the value and transferability of her analytic and communication skills, leading to a succession of increasingly responsible positions:

  • —Educational Testing Director at The Johns Hopkins University
  • —Senior Consultant at IBM
  • US Research Director, Bayer Diagnostics and Diabetes Care
  • Director of Business Development at Millward Brown, a leading communications research agency
  • —Vice President of Quantitative Insight at Added Value, a WPP marketing consultancy

It is her work over the past 14 years leading teams of young people, creating career paths and grooming them for their next employer or role that has led her to start Career Connectors. Most of all, she is immensely gratified by being able to devote more time to her lifelong habit of helping others see their own value and get the opportunities they deserve.
